sec.37 Mediation not open to the public
A mediation meeting is not open to the public. A person who is not a party to a mediation meeting may be at, or participate in, the meeting— as a person representing a party under section 23 ; or as an advisor of the farmer under section 24 ; or with the mediator’s approval. (sec.37-ssec.1) A mediation meeting is not open to the public. (sec.37-ssec.2) A person who is not a party to a mediation meeting may be at, or participate in, the meeting— as a person representing a party under section 23 ; or as an advisor of the farmer under section 24 ; or with the mediator’s approval.
- (a) as a person representing a party under section 23 ; or
- (b) as an advisor of the farmer under section 24 ; or
