sec.35 Mediation information package
The authority must prepare a mediation information package that includes— information about mediation for a farm business debt under this Act, including information about the rights and obligations of a farmer in relation to the mediation; and copies of the approved forms under this Act for use in relation to mediation; and information about mediators who may conduct mediations under this Act, including how to access information in the register of mediators kept under section 76 . The authority must give a copy of the mediation information package to a mortgagee or farmer on request and at no cost. (sec.35-ssec.1) The authority must prepare a mediation information package that includes— information about mediation for a farm business debt under this Act, including information about the rights and obligations of a farmer in relation to the mediation; and copies of the approved forms under this Act for use in relation to mediation; and information about mediators who may conduct mediations under this Act, including how to access information in the register of mediators kept under section 76 .
