sec.10 Relationship with other Acts or laws
This Act applies in addition to, and does not limit, any other Act or law relating to the enforcement of mortgages. However, if a provision of this Act is inconsistent with another Act, the provision prevails over the other Act to the extent of the inconsistency. Subsection (2) does not affect a provision of this Act or another Act that expressly deals with the interaction between this Act, the other Act or another law. (sec.10-ssec.1) This Act applies in addition to, and does not limit, any other Act or law relating to the enforcement of mortgages. (sec.10-ssec.2) However, if a provision of this Act is inconsistent with another Act, the provision prevails over the other Act to the extent of the inconsistency. (sec.10-ssec.3) Subsection (2) does not affect a provision of this Act or another Act that expressly deals with the interaction between this Act, the other Act or another law.
