73I Court to consider any children before making final order (1) Before deciding whether to make a final order under section 74, the court must consider whether there are any children who have been subjected to family violence committed by the respondent. (2) Before deciding whether to make a final order under section 76, the court must consider whether there are any children who have been subjected to behaviour that would be family violence if the child and the respondent or additional respondent were family members.
