60D Prosecutor not party to proceeding for interim order (1) The prosecutor in any criminal proceeding in which an interim order is made or proposed to be made under this Division is not a party to the proceeding, and has no standing or status in the proceeding, only for the purposes of the making of the interim order. (2) Nothing in subsection (1) affects the status, function or standing of a prosecutor in relation to the criminal proceeding other than the making of the interim order.
