224A Transitional provision—Statute Law Amendment (Evidence Consequential Provisions) Act 2009 (1) Section 20(3A) applies to an application for an interim order made under section 20 on or after the commencement of the **Statute Law Amendment (Evidence Consequential Provisions) Act 2009**. (2) Sections 65 and 67, as amended by the **Statute Law Amendment (Evidence Consequential Provisions) Act 2009**, do not apply to a hearing in a proceeding that commenced before the day that Act commenced and that— (a) continued on or after that day; or (b) was adjourned until that day or a day after that day.
