221 Acts committed before commencement day relevant (a) after the commencement day, a person (the ***first person***) applies for a family violence intervention order against another person (the ***second person***); and (b) before the commencement day, the first person and second person were not considered family members under the repealed Act. (2) Family violence committed before the commencement day may be taken into account by the court in deciding whether to make a family violence intervention order for the first person against the second person.
