22 No questioning during holding period (1) While a direction is in force under this Division a police officer must not interview or question the directed person in relation to any offence or alleged offence. (2) Subsection (1) applies whether or not the directed person is in detention under this Division. S. 23 (Heading) amended by No. 53/2016 s. 87(1).
