176D Application of Division This Division does not apply to the following— (a) an application for the variation, revocation or extension of a final personal safety intervention order; (b) an application for the variation or extension of a registered corresponding interstate order within the meaning of the **Personal Safety Intervention Orders Act 2010**, or for the revocation of the registration of that order.
