169E Recognised DVOs—issuing jurisdiction restrictions not affected This Part applies in relation to a recognised DVO, a proceeding for a variation, extension or revocation of a recognised DVO or a declaration made by the Magistrates' Court under the **National Domestic Violence Order Scheme Act 2016** subject to— (a) any law that applies to publication about the DVO in the issuing jurisdiction; and (b) any order relating to publication of the DVO made by a court of the issuing jurisdiction.
