149 Jurisdiction to revoke, vary or extend orders (1) A court has jurisdiction to revoke, vary or extend a family violence intervention order or a counselling order made by it or any other court. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Magistrates' Court or Children's Court may, on an application made under this Act, revoke, vary or extend a family violence intervention order confirmed or varied by the County Court or Supreme Court on appeal under Division 9 of Part 4. (3) However, the Magistrates' Court or Children's Court may revoke or vary a family violence intervention order referred to in subsection (2) only if the Court is satisfied there are new facts or circumstances relevant to the order.
