144H Objects of Part The objects of this Part are— (a) to provide for the sharing of confidential information between specified persons and bodies for the purposes of establishing, assessing and managing risks of family violence; and (b) to promote the coordination of services by those persons and bodies to further the purposes of the Act; and (c) to enable certain information sharing entities to obtain consolidated and updated information from a central information point for the purposes of establishing, assessing and managing risks of family violence.
