143 Authorisation to collect health information To avoid doubt, for the purposes of the **Health Records Act 2001**, a person or body who— (a) conducts an interview or prepares a report in respect of a respondent in accordance with an order under section 129; or (b) provides counselling to a respondent in accordance with an order under section 130— is authorised to collect such health information (within the meaning of that Act) about the respondent as is necessary for the purposes of conducting the interview, preparing the report or providing the counselling.
