139 Certificate of respondent's non attendance (1) This section applies if a respondent fails to attend— (a) an interview with a person in accordance with an order under section 129; or (b) counselling to be provided by a person or body in accordance with an order under section 130. S. 139(2) amended by No. 83/2012 s. 25. (2) The person or body may give a relevant court a certificate, in the prescribed form, setting out the details of the respondent's failure to attend. (3) In the absence of evidence to the contrary, the certificate is proof of the facts contained in it.
