105 Further application for variation etc. of order in respect of child (a) the court makes or varies an order relying on section 103 or 104; and (b) there is a subsequent application under section 100 to vary or revoke the order or the court considers it appropriate to vary or revoke the order on its own initiative. (2) For the purposes of that application, a reference in section 100 to an order made relying on section 53AB or 77B is taken to include a reference to an order made or varied relying on section 103 or 104.
