70G Affidavit of service of documents by police If a police officer serves a document on a person under this Act, an affidavit of service by the police officer may be sworn or affirmed before another police officer of, or above, the rank of sergeant. Note An affidavit may also be sworn or affirmed before a person mentioned in the Oaths and Affirmations Act 1984, s 11.
