147 Application for order (1) An application for a declaration that an FVO is a recognised FVO in the ACT may be made by any person who would be able to make an application for an amendment of the FVO if the FVO were a recognised FVO. (2) The application must— (a) be made in a form approved by the registrar of the Magistrates Court; and (b) be accompanied by any information or evidence the registrar requires. Note It is only necessary to make an application in one participating jurisdiction. Under s 144, once a declaration is made in any participating jurisdiction the FVO will be treated as a recognised FVO in all participating jurisdictions.
