126 Non-local FVOs to be treated as local FVOs (1) A recognised FVO that is a non-local FVO has the same effect in the ACT as a local FVO. (2) A condition imposed by a non-local FVO has the same meaning as it would have in the jurisdiction in which the FVO was made, but may be enforced in the ACT as if it were a condition of a local FVO.
