108 Service of after-hours orders (1) A copy of an after-hours order must be served personally on the respondent by a police officer. (2) However, if personal service of an after-hours order is not reasonably practicable, a judicial officer may order that the application be served in the way, stated in the order, that the judicial officer considers is likely to bring the after-hours order to the attention of the respondent.
