26 Application for registration of external family violence order
(1) [Section 26 Subsection (1) amended by No. 32 of 2015, s. 11, Applied:06 Oct 2015] A person may apply to the Clerk of Petty Sessions for the registration of an external family violence order.
(2) An application is to –
(a) be in a form approved by the Chief Magistrate; and
(b) be accompanied by a copy of the external family violence order; and
(c) [Section 26 Subsection (2) amended by No. 32 of 2015, s. 11, Applied:06 Oct 2015] be accompanied by such evidence of effective service of the external family violence order on the person against whom it was made as the Clerk considers appropriate.
