sec.75 Revocation of notice to secretary
This section applies if— a person is subject to income management because of a notice (the original notice ) given to the secretary; and the commission decides, at a conference, to give the secretary a further notice requiring that the person be subject to income management. The further notice must be accompanied by a notice revoking the original notice. s 75 amd 2011 No. 35 s 10 (sec.75-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person is subject to income management because of a notice (the original notice ) given to the secretary; and the commission decides, at a conference, to give the secretary a further notice requiring that the person be subject to income management. (sec.75-ssec.2) The further notice must be accompanied by a notice revoking the original notice.
