sec.65 Rescheduling conference
This section applies if a person who is given a notice under section 61 (1) (a) to attend a conference (the first conference ) fails to attend the conference. The commission must reschedule the conference and the registrar must give notice of the rescheduled conference to— the person; and any other person given notice of the first conference under section 61 (1) (b) or (2) . The notice must state the time and place of the rescheduled conference. (sec.65-ssec.1) This section applies if a person who is given a notice under section 61 (1) (a) to attend a conference (the first conference ) fails to attend the conference. (sec.65-ssec.2) The commission must reschedule the conference and the registrar must give notice of the rescheduled conference to— the person; and any other person given notice of the first conference under section 61 (1) (b) or (2) . (sec.65-ssec.3) The notice must state the time and place of the rescheduled conference.
