sec.46 Purpose of conference
The purpose of a conference held under this part is to provide a forum for the commission— to discuss the matters to which an agency notice relates with a relevant person for the notice who is a community member; and if practicable, to reach agreement with the person about the appropriate action to be taken in relation to the matters to help achieve the objects of this Act; and if agreement is not reached—to make decisions under section 69 to help achieve the objects of this Act.
