sec.33 Registry staff
The registry consists of— the registrar; and the other staff of the registry necessary for the commission to effectively and efficiently perform its functions. The staff of the registry must include a local registry coordinator appointed for each welfare reform community area. The registrar and the other staff are to be appointed under the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 33 amd 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.33-ssec.1) The registry consists of— the registrar; and the other staff of the registry necessary for the commission to effectively and efficiently perform its functions.
