sec.30 Commission is a statutory body
The commission is a statutory body under— the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ; and the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 (the SBFA ). The SBFA , part 2B sets out the way in which the commission’s powers under this Act are affected by that Act. s 30 sub 2008 No. 38 s 252 sch 3 amd 2009 No. 9 s 136 sch 1 (sec.30-ssec.1) The commission is a statutory body under— the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ; and the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 (the SBFA ). (sec.30-ssec.2) The SBFA , part 2B sets out the way in which the commission’s powers under this Act are affected by that Act.
