sec.131 Offence to disrupt conference or other proceeding
In relation to a conference or other proceeding of the commission under this Act, a person must not— deliberately interrupt the conference or proceeding; or create or continue, or join in creating or continuing, a disturbance in or near a place where the commission is conducting the conference or other proceeding. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
- (a) deliberately interrupt the conference or proceeding; or
- (b) create or continue, or join in creating or continuing, a disturbance in or near a place where the commission is conducting the conference or other proceeding.
