137 Interests in small superannuation accounts to which this Subdivision applies

(1) This Subdivision applies for a superannuation interest of a member of an eligible superannuation plan if the plan is an account within the meaning of the Small Superannuation Accounts Act 1995. (2) For the purposes of subsection 90XZB(3) or 90YZR(3) of the Act, the information about the superannuation interest that must be provided by the trustee of the plan in response to an application referred to in that subsection is: (a) a statement setting out the amount of the account balance of the member’s account at the date when the application is received by the trustee; and (b) if known, the member’s date of birth.
