118 Percentage‑only interests to which this Subdivision applies
This Subdivision applies for a superannuation interest of a member of an eligible superannuation plan if: (a) the superannuation interest is a percentage‑only interest; and (b) the superannuation interest is not an interest in a self managed superannuation fund; and (c) Subdivision G does not apply for the superannuation interest.
