#### 68 Information about small superannuation accounts interests (Act s 90XZB, s 90YZR) (1) This regulation applies in relation to a superannuation interest of a member in an account within the meaning of the Small Superannuation Accounts Act 1995. (2) For subsections 90XZB(3) and 90YZR(3) of the Act, the information that must be provided to an applicant by the trustee of the plan is a statement setting out the amount of the account balance of the member’s account at the date when the application for information is received by the trustee.
