#### 14 Circumstances in which payments are not splittable payments A payment in respect of a superannuation interest of a member spouse, being a superannuation interest to which a particular superannuation agreement, flag lifting agreement or splitting order applies, is not a splittable payment for the purposes of applying Part VIIIB or VIIIC of the Act to that agreement or order, if the payment is made after the requirements of this Division have been satisfied in relation to the non‑member spouse’s entitlement under the agreement or order in respect of the superannuation interest.
