12.01 Application of Chapter 12
This Chapter applies to all Initiating Applications (Family Law), except: (a) a Medical Procedure Application; (b) a Maintenance Application; (c) a child support application or appeal; (d) an application for an order that a marriage is a nullity or a declaration as to the validity of a marriage, divorce or annulment; (e) an application in which the only order sought relates to a passport (see Division 4.2.7).
