6 Removal of documents from Court file
(1) A marriage certificate filed by a party may be removed from the court file by that party if the party files in its place a certified or photographic copy of the marriage certificate.
(2) A document, other than a marriage certificate, filed by a party may, with the leave of the court or a Registrar, be removed from the court file by:
(a) the party; or
(b) a person who demonstrates to the court a proper interest in obtaining the document;
subject to such conditions as the court or a Registrar may determine.
