53 Allowance for matters not specified
A taxing officer may allow a sum that the taxing officer thinks is reasonable, having regard to all the circumstances of the case, for work properly performed:
(a) that is not specifically provided for in Schedule 2; and
(b) in respect of which the taxing officer thinks an allowance should be made.
