23 Transmission of papers (1) The Registrar of the registry in which an application for leave to appeal is filed may request the Registrar of the court of summary jurisdiction to forward the papers relating to the proceedings in that court to the Registrar of the filing registry. (2) The Registrar of the court of summary jurisdiction must forward the papers relating to the proceedings in the court of summary jurisdiction to the Registrar of the filing registry as soon as practicable after the Registrar of the court of summary jurisdiction receives a request under subrule (1), or is served with an application under subrule 22 (1).
