#### 8A Prescribed information about reconciliation (Act s 12C) For section 12C of the Act, the information that must be included in documents provided to persons under Part IIIA of the Act is information about family counselling and family dispute resolution services. > Note: Section 13B of the Act allows a court to adjourn proceedings to give the parties the opportunity to consider a reconciliation. The parties will be advised in such circumstances to attend family counselling or other appropriate services.
