#### 83 Transitional matters relating to Family Law Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 4) (1) Despite the amendments made by the Family Law Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 4), these Regulations, as in force immediately before 1 January 2013, (the old Regulations) continue to apply to a fee for a service requested under the old Regulations before 1 January 2013, unless another transitional provision says otherwise. (2) However, subregulation 11(9) of the old Regulations continues to apply to a setting‑down requested before 1 January 2013 only if the setting‑down fee (within the meaning given by the old Regulations) was paid before 1 January 2013.
