#### 81 Transitional matters in connection with Family Law Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 2) (1) The former Regulations continue in force in relation to: (a) pending proceedings; and (b) acts or things that have been done, or that may or must be done, in accordance with those Regulations. (2) An act or thing that may or must be done by the Controller or an authorised person under Part IV of the former Regulations, as continued in force, may or must be done by the Secretary. (3) In this regulation: > former Regulations means the Family Law Regulations 1984 as in force immediately before 1 July 2000. > pending proceedings means proceedings that were started in accordance with the former Regulations before 1 July 2000 but were not completed before that date.
