#### 67K Suspension of arbitration—failure to comply with direction If a party to an arbitration does not comply with a procedural direction given by the arbitrator, the arbitrator: (a) may suspend the arbitration; and (b) if the failure to comply exceeds 28 days, must, for an arbitration under section 13E of the Act, refer the matter to the court that ordered the arbitration.
