#### 67E Application relating to relevant property or financial arbitration (Act s 13F) (1) An application, under section 13F of the Act, for an order to facilitate the effective conduct of the relevant property or financial arbitration of a dispute must be in accordance with Form 7. (2) For the avoidance of doubt, an application may be made: (a) by a party to the arbitration; or (b) jointly by all parties to the arbitration.
