30Proceedings for enforcement of overseas maintenance entry liabilities

#### 30 Proceedings for enforcement of overseas maintenance entry liabilities (1) This regulation is about enforcement proceedings for an overseas maintenance entry liability. (2) Proceedings may be taken as if the liability were an order made under Part VII or VIII of the Act. (3) The Act, these Regulations and the applicable Rules of Court, so far as they are applicable, and with such modifications as are necessary, apply in relation to the proceedings. (4) Proceedings may be taken: (a) by the person who would be entitled to take proceedings if the liability were an order under Part VII or VIII of the Act, as mentioned in subregulation (2); or (b) by the Secretary, on behalf of the person.
