#### 29C Confirmation of provisional order against person in reciprocating jurisdiction (1) This regulation applies if a court in a reciprocating jurisdiction in which the respondent is resident for the time being confirms (either with or without modification) an order made under regulation 29. (2) The order has effect in Australia as so confirmed. (3) In proceedings arising out of or relating to the order, it must be presumed, unless the contrary is proved, that the respondent was resident in the overseas jurisdiction at the time the order was confirmed.
