Family Law Act 1975

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 60I (6) of the Family Law Act 1975, fix 1 July 2008 as the date on which Phase 3 commences.
