Family Law Act 1975

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under paragraph 60I (5) (a) of the Family Law Act 1975, fix 1 July 2008 as the date on which Phase 2 ends.
