#### 25 Jurisdiction of courts—New South Wales (1) The Supreme Court of New South Wales is invested with federal jurisdiction in matters arising in New South Wales to which a provision of Part 4 applies. (2) An appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court of New South Wales constituted by a single judge, exercising jurisdiction under subregulation (1), may be made to the Court of Appeal of that Court. (3) The Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales is invested with federal jurisdiction for appeals instituted under subregulation (2).
