#### 19 Evidential value of adoption compliance certificate Subject to regulation 22, an adoption compliance certificate is evidence, for the laws of the Commonwealth and each State, that the adoption to which the certificate relates: (a) was agreed to by the Central Authorities of the countries mentioned in the certificate; and (b) was carried out in accordance with the Convention and the laws of the countries mentioned in the certificate.
