REGULATIONS UNDER THE FAMILY LAW ACT 19751

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Family Law Act 1975.

REPEAL OF THE FAMILY LAW (COSTS) REGULATIONS

Commencement

These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 August 1979.

Repeal

Statutory Rules 1976 No. 1 are repealed.
