21 Provisions of Convention to have effect in each State
(1) Subject to regulation 4, the provisions of the Convention have effect in each State as a law of that State. (2) Subregulation (1) applies to a State despite any inconsistent provision of the common law in force in the State or a law mentioned in Schedule 2.
