16A Research, statistical analysis and policy development – matters connected to education and related purposes

Information may be disclosed for the purpose of this section if the disclosure is necessary to support:

(a) research into (including evaluation or monitoring of, or reporting on); or

(b) statistical analysis of; or

(c) policy development in relation to; or

(d) activities to facilitate the implementation of policies and programs in relation to,

any matter connected to education, early childhood development, child care, or preschool.
