25 Research, statistical analysis and policy development – family assistance law and related purposes
For the purposes of paragraph 7(1)(b), this section covers a disclosure that is necessary for the purposes of:
- research into (including evaluation or monitoring of, or reporting on) matters of relevance to a department that is administering any part of the social security law or family assistance law; or
- statistical analysis of those matters; or
- policy development in relation to those matters.
