17 School enrolment and attendance
For the purposes of paragraph 7(1)(b), this section covers a disclosure if the disclosure is necessary to ensure a child who:
is required to be enrolled in a school under a law of a State or Territory is enrolled; or
is required to be attending a school under a law of a State or Territory is attending.
